Who we are

Intruh is published by Soclic Group Sàrl, Rue de la Navigation 1, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland, the controller of your data. For any question: contact@soclic.com.

Data we process

Your nickname, avatar color and language. An anonymous account identifier created automatically on your phone: we do not ask for your name, email or phone number. Your friend list and invitations. Your game results: votes, points, rounds played, daily streak, badges. Reports and blocks you make or that concern you. Your subscription status and purchases, without your payment details. If you turn on notifications, a technical identifier of your device used to send them. In the free version, your phone's advertising identifier and technical data (IP address, device model, approximate location) processed by our advertising provider.

Camera and microphone

Your video and sound are sent live only to the players in your room. They are not recorded or stored, by us or by our video provider. You can turn the camera or microphone off at any time.

What other players see

Players in your room see your nickname, your avatar and your video, and hear your microphone. Your nickname, avatar and points appear in leaderboards, to your friends and to other players. If you use quick play or make your room public, players you do not know can join you. Rooms are private by default.

Why we use it

To run the game, your friends, the leaderboards and your purchases (providing the service you ask for). To apply the limits of the free version, handle reports and protect players (our legitimate interest in a safe service). For personalized advertising, notifications, camera and microphone, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data.

Advertising

The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, a form asks for your consent before any personalized ad. If you refuse, ads are not personalized. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional. The Premium subscription removes ads.

Notifications

With your consent, we send you a notification when a friend invites you to play. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.

Our providers

Supabase (database, hosted in Switzerland). LiveKit (video and audio transport, Europe region). Apple, Google and RevenueCat (purchases and subscriptions). Google AdMob (advertising). Expo, Apple and Google (sending notifications). Brevo (internal moderation alert emails). They process data on our behalf or under their own privacy commitments.

Transfers outside Switzerland and the European Union

Some of these providers are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. Inactive rooms and their games are deleted regularly. Reports are kept for as long as needed to handle them and protect players.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all your data from Settings, then "Delete my account". You can also ask to access, correct, erase or receive your data, object to a processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@soclic.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or with the data protection authority of your country.

Age

Intruh is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger people.

Changes

If this policy changes significantly, we will let you know in the app.
