The service
Intruh is a video party game published by Soclic Group Sàrl, Rue de la Navigation 1, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland. By using the app, you accept these terms.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the use made from your phone.
Your account
Your account is created automatically and stays linked to your phone. If you uninstall the app or change phones, your profile, friends and scores may be lost. Your purchases can be recovered from the Premium screen with "Restore my purchases".
Rules of conduct
No tolerance for abusive content or behavior: insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, nudity or sexual content, illegal content. Recording or sharing another player's image or voice without their consent is forbidden. Your nickname must follow the same rules.
Public rooms and quick play
A room is private by default: only players with its code or an invitation can enter. Quick play and public rooms let you play on video with people you do not know. The same rules of conduct apply, and you can leave the room, report or block a player at any time.
Reporting and blocking
You can report or block a player from their tile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or delete the account of a player who breaks these rules. An account reported by several different players within a short period may be temporarily suspended automatically. You can appeal a suspension by writing to contact@soclic.com: a person will then review your case.
Free version
The free version includes ads and a limited number of games started per day. Watching a rewarded ad can unlock an extra game, within the limit shown in the app.
Premium subscription
The price and duration are shown before purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. If a free trial is offered, the subscription becomes paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Payment, management and cancellation are handled in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Word pack
The word pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra word categories, with no subscription. It does not remove ads or the game limit.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are made to them, under their terms and the rights given to you by the law of your country.
Scores and leaderboards
Points, levels, badges and leaderboards are for the game only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged. We may correct or remove a score obtained by cheating.
Ownership
The app, its name, its visuals and its word lists belong to Soclic Group Sàrl. You may use them to play, not copy or resell them.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time by deleting your account from Settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a running subscription: remember to cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, without guaranteeing that it will always be available or error-free. Video quality depends on your connection.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the words and behavior of other players, or for indirect damage related to the use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules of your country.
